Adobe Sign Electronic Signature Now Accepted

Superior now offers a more streamlined and secure way for providers to sign and send documents. Adobe Sign, an enterprise electronic document signature solution, enables providers to sign, send, track and manage the signature and document submission process, privately over the internet.
The Adobe Sign e-signature tool can now be used to sign and submit Superior’s Provider Statement of Need, Medical Necessity/Level of Care forms and provider contracting documents. Superior will continue to add documents that are compatible with Adobe Sign for future use.
Please note: Superior will reach out to the providers who are required to submit these forms with information on how to register for Adobe Sign.
