My Health Pays® Rewards Program

Superior HealthPlan is excited to announce that our CentAccount® rewards program has changed its name to My Health Pays®. You can earn My Health Pays® rewards from Superior when you complete healthy activities. Plus, your previous CentAccount® rewards have automatically rolled over to your NEW card!

You can now use your My Health Pays® rewards card to help pay for:

  • Utilities
  • Transportation
  • Telecommunications
  • Childcare services
  • Education
  • Rent

Or, you can use the card to:

  • Shop at Walmart for everyday items*

Once you receive your My Health Pays® rewards card in the mail, please follow the instructions on the activation sticker. You will need to have your card with you to complete activation. You will receive your My Health Pays Visa® Prepaid Card when you earn your first reward from Superior. Each time you complete a qualifying healthy activity, Superior is notified, and your reward dollars will be added to your existing card. DON’T FORGET TO KEEP YOUR CARD!
