COVID-19 Vaccine Information for Providers

As new information and developments on a COVID-19 vaccine and vaccine distribution plan are shared for Texas, Superior HealthPlan would like to ensure providers have the most up-to-date information.

Required Registration 

Providers and pharmacies are required to enroll with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Immunization Program Portal to receive and administer any approved COVID-19 vaccine. For further COVID-19 enrollment information, visit the DSHS Vaccination Provider Enrollment webpage.
