Pharmacy Claims Processing Transition

Effective June 1, 2017, CVS Caremark will begin to process pharmacy claims for Superior. STAR, STAR Health, STAR Kids, STAR+PLUS and CHIP members will receive a new Superior HealthPlan ID card with the following updated pharmacy information:

RXBIN: 004336
RXPCN: MCAIDADV
RXGRP: RX5458
PBM: Envolve Rx

Members can get their prescriptions filled at most drug stores in Texas, including CVS, HEB, Randall’s, Target, Walgreens, Walmart as well as many other pharmacies. A list is also available on FosterCareTX's Find a Doctor page.

Providers should direct members to call the Member Services number on the back of their ID card, for any questions about this change.
