Upcoming LTSS Recruitment and Retention Webinar

Superior HealthPlan would like to share information about the upcoming webinar that was created as part of Superior’s partnership with MissionCare Collective to aid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) providers with staff recruitment and retention efforts.

The next webinar in the series titled, Building a Winning Employee Referral Program, will be led by Brandi Kurtyka, CEO of MissionCare Collective. This will be a 30-minute webinar and will share valuable tips to help designing an effective employee referral program that attracts top talent and drives business success.  

In the past, LTSS providers have expressed that referral submissions can sometimes be difficult. Yet, it's often one of the biggest recruitment opportunities for home care and home health organizations. Great caregivers know other great caregivers but if there's friction or unclear instructions, it won't drive results.

This webinar is beneficial for anyone in your office who is involved in the hiring process with the goal of growing your workforce. During this webinar we will discuss the following:
